Warranty & Returns
When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement or refund withing 30 days of the purchase date. Any gift item shipped to you from A & Y Electronics may be returned for a merchandise credit that can be used on a future A & Y Electronics orders. Refund checks are not available for gift returns. Shipping is non-refundable.

How do I exchange an item?
If you ordered an item and you would like to exchange it for a better product, don’t worry! We allow you to do that too! Contact us and our customer service representative will help you out.
How do I return a package?
If you need to return an item, contact us and we will provide you with a return label that you may use when shipping the package back to us. Simply attach the label to the outside of your package and send the package via UPS or Canada post. Please first remove the old label from the packaging or make sure that the returns label covers the old one.
If you'd like to cancel or change a A & Y Electronics order for any reason, please contact us and make sure to include your order number or call 1-888-587-1517 as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers quickly and efficiently. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process. If your order cannot be canceled, and you are unhappy with it, simply return it to us according to our 30-day money back return policy.
A & Y Electronics reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.
